What You'll Do
As a vital part of our KAJ Sales and Event Team, your role will contribute to surpassing revenue goals. Collaborating with the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning up events at the Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls South. The Banquet Manager duties include meeting with clients to plan and detail each event, supporting the Sales team with site tours, BEOs, re-bookings, and managing group guest room blocks. This position offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of Events, Operations and Sales, allowing you to fill in and support each department as needed—an ideal position for career growth in the hospitality industry!
